Are u looking for safe, accessible support with an neurodivergent (AuDHD) Therapist? I work with individuals from all walks of life but I specialize in helping neurodivergent individuals navigate the struggles that come with ADHD and Autism, such as masking and burnout. I also work with parents coping with the challenges that come with raising neurodivergent children. As an Indigenous woman I work thru an Indigenous lens, which means I use a holistic, strength based approach drawing upon multiple frameworks meant to empower folks to meet their own unique needs and feel comfortable being their true selves.
I have virtual appointments available starting mid September.
