Have you been searching for ways to improve your health and well-being? Have you considered expressive arts therapy or mindfulness based approaches?
Expressive arts therapy is a type of therapy where different art forms such as visual arts, movement, poetry, music, and drama are used. No artistic ability is required. Mindfulness is a practice of maintaining awareness of the present moment without judgment.

I am a registered nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), a certified mindfulness teacher, and an expressive arts therapist-in-training. I offer expressive arts therapy, mindfulness-based programs, and health and wellness coaching. My approach is holistic, caring, and person-centred.
