My aim is to help you uncover the self and support you with compassion and helpful tools in your journey to reach your potentials. I am result-oriented. My various experiences has afforded me a deep understanding of people's life experiences, combined with the extensive clinical training, for me to help you.
As a RP and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT), I have extensive clinical training in CBT, EFT, DBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, IPT, couple/family therapy. Having received constant positive feedbacks, I enjoy working with clients, whether individuals, couples or families, on their issues to improve their lives.
