In my practice I strive to provide humble and honest therapy services. I have lived experience in the field and can hold a promise to be authentic in my work; providing safety, clarity, and compassion. Additionally, I am a culturally attuned therapist coming from a mixed-raced family of origin.
My areas of expertise are trauma, addictions, mood disorders, anxiety, as well as life and relationship stressors. I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma work, and pull upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), attachment and mindfulness based modalities.
In terms of qualifications I hold a Clinical Masters of Social Work and a Masters of Science in Community Health specializing in Addictions & Mental Health from the University of Toronto. I’d be so glad to meet you where you're at in your healing whether this is your first time in therapy or you are experienced. My services are entirely tailored to you.
