Jacqueline Sarah Robertson's Groups
Courage: Falling in Love with Your Self
Courage is a 9-week group specifically for highly sensitive, empathic women who desire to deepen self-love, create conscious community and learn tools to embody self love. The focus is on creating a secure, non-judgmental and empowering community to help each other heal, grow and expand into self-worth. Integration of shadow work (unconscious beliefs, behaviors and patterns), experiential healing through relationship and embodying wholeness is the forefront of our work together. Courage is a 7-week commitment. Our next group begins online, October 27, 2022. Cost is $770
Grief to Love
When we lose a loved one, we lose a part of ourself. This group is about reclaiming those lost parts and alchemizing the grief into something beautiful, sacred and intimate with yourself. Together as a community we will create space to celebrate, honor and love our lost loves ones through story telling, music, gentle movement, journaling and guided meditation. Grief is not meant to hold alone. So let's hold it together... To register: jacquelinesarah@protonmail.com
