If you're tired of pushing through, overwhelmed and pretending everything is ok, when it is not, you're in the right place. I work with adults, teens and families who are ready for a change. I have experience working with various presenting concerns, including but not limited to trauma, domestic violence, grief, depression and anxiety. I create a safe and non judgmental space where you can share your story and begin to feel more grounded day to day.

I can help you unpack the quiet accumulation of the burdens you carry, using Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The goal is to understand patterns and themes impacting you and replacing them with healthy ones. As you do this, we will uncover the thought and emotions creating your experience and what you can control and what you can change.

My style is empowering, compassionate and non judgemental. I act as a guide, helping you gently uncover what is stored within, unpacking this and working on what you would like to be restored. The purpose is to get to the root of your "why's" when you are ready and in a pace that you own.
