Are you struggling with anxiety? Constant worrying that makes it difficult to make decisions? Or suffering from unpredictable panic attacks that have led you to avoid people, places or particular situations? I have been helping people for over 18 years manage more effectively their anxiety, with proven evidence based strategies. I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds to help them overcome anxiety, panic, phobias and PTSD. It can be difficult to address situations that you have been avoiding. Cognitive behavioral strategies can help you get back to your life.
CBT is a short-term therapy that focuses on identifying and modifying unhelpful thinking patterns that can lead to anxiety. Behavioral techniques will be used to encourage you to engage in behaviors you may have been avoiding due to anxiety. You will learn to change the way you think, feel and behave.
It can be scary to think about or attempt to make changes on your own. I provide a safe, encouraging environment in which you can take the initial steps towards living a life that includes effective coping mechanisms that will provide you with the tools to get back to enjoying your life.
