About
Thinking about therapy, is enough of a reason to reach out for support. Don't wait for things to worsen! Let me work in collaboration with you to explore problems and assist you to reconnect with your preferences for life. I will create therapeutic conversations that are warm, genuine and meaningful to you. Your values, skills, abilities and existing strengths will assist you in responding to the current challenges you are facing and I can support you by making these more visible.
I am a Psychotherapist registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. For more than 10 years, I have worked alongside adults and young people who have accepted my support in their struggles with addiction, and other mental health concerns. Most recently my focus has been supporting those who struggle with overwhelming worries.
My approach is respectful and non-blaming. I view problems as separate from people and recognize that people have many values, commitments and competencies that will assist them to change their relationship with the problem. I strive to assist people in connecting with these areas through meaningful therapeutic conversations.
