No one around you would think that you feel as if you are drowning. You feel numb, disconnected, lost. Having to make decisions and make peace with our choices is not always easy. What lies ahead brings about many uncertainties and realizations. I work with individuals who are enveloped in change, chosen or not. It could be that you've recently had your relationship end or that you may be ready for that next career step. You also could've lost someone you loved dearly and are now thinking, now what?
My clinical focus includes life transitions, grief, anxiety and depression. I use modalities such as CBT, DBT & SFT. I have 19 years experience. After reviewing your initial set of goals we will set out a constructive custom made plan which may include take home items such as worksheets/articles, to explore and process.
I work with people who are experiencing grief and navigating change. The idea is to work our way forward into this new season of life, whatever that may look like.
