I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, offering a strengths-based human-centred approach. Using an integrated, eclectic, collaborative, and creative approach, I work with clients on topics such as: grief, anxiety, depression, self esteem, separation/divorce, parenting, self-esteem, spirituality, empowerment, boundaries, peer relations/socialization, as well as other issues. I hold my Masters of Education in Counselling, my Bachelor of Education, and my Bachelor of Arts. I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) and Licensed Counselling Therapist (LCT).
My work is a blend of modalities, including: Art-based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Humanistic Psychology, and Jungian Archetypes and Symbols.
