About
I enjoy working with individuals and couples of all faiths and cultural backgrounds and those who are part of the LGBTQ2S+ community. My particular area of interest is couples counselling and sex therapy. I believe our intimate relationships and sexuality are important factors to our health and well-being and I am passionate about creating a safe space for curiosity, exploration and discovery in these area. This may include; relationship issues, boundaries and communication, low sexual desire/drive, sexual pain, orgasm difficulties, erectile dysfunction, sexual self-esteem and confidence.
Other areas I provide counselling include; anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, stress, and emotional regulation. I have completed additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Couples Counseling Level 1 and 2. Currently I am completing training to become a Certified Sex Therapist.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental and understanding space for you to work on your goals. It is my honour to walk with you and support you on your journey. I understand how difficult it can be to talk about some of the concerns listed above and I'll do my best to create a space that feels safe for you to explore your concerns.
