Hi there! I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. My area of interest is couples counselling and sex therapy. I believe our intimate relationships and sexuality are important factors in our health and well-being and I am passionate about creating a safe space for curiosity, exploration, and discovery in these areas. This may include; relationship issues, boundaries and communication, low sexual desire/drive, sexual pain, orgasm difficulties, erectile dysfunction, sexual self-esteem, and confidence. Other areas of counselling include; anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, stress, and emotional regulation.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2), and Sex Therapy. I also practice from the perspective of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). I enjoy working with adults of all faiths and cultural backgrounds and folks who are part of the LGBTQ2S+ community.
