Therapy can help you explore the deeper roots of these patterns, including how past experiences continue to shape your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we can work toward greater awareness, regulation, and meaningful change.
I bring over 12 years of experience in the mental health field and use an integrative, mind–body approach that combines talk therapy, EMDR, parts work (IFS), and somatic techniques to support emotional healing and nervous system regulation. My work is informed by attachment and relational dynamics. For couples, I incorporate the Gottman Method and EFT.
Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but internally feel stuck, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted. Together, we work to make sense of these patterns, build awareness, and create lasting shifts that feel sustainable over time.
