I am an experienced psychotherapist who works with adults, children and families both privately and for a publicly-funded children's mental health centre, the George Hull Centre for Children and Families. I welcome anyone to this practice, whether you are looking for the opportunity to begin therapy for the first time, or revisiting this process.
I have experience working with trauma, IFS, CBT, DBT, family and attachment based therapy, and with adoptive and foster parents and kids (Level 2 DDP). I have worked extensively within LGBTQ, body positive and eating disorder communities. I am currently undergoing EMDR training and consultation.
I strive for a genuine, authentic exchange and bring a sometimes irreverent sense of humour to my work. I believe therapy is a collaborative and hopeful process grounded in a caring, respectful relationship.
