If you are navigating dissociation or flashbacks, struggling with forming your identity or developing meaning in life, I can provide DBT & Trauma informed therapy. Or maybe you're looking for support with leaving a toxic job or relationship, trying to decrease the inner critic and perfectionism, or struggle with focusing and completing a task. Understanding our unconscious motivations and defence mechanisms can also be revealing character work.

My goal is to help guide you toward healing, using techniques specifically tailored to your unique experience & personality. I mention processing shame here because it is one of the hardest things we go through and is often central to healing. My task is to create a safe space where you feel heard and seen for who you are.

The idea is not to get rid of bad emotions but to be able to tolerate them. I have been described by clients as being warm, validating, empathetic and accepting of alternative views & unusual emotional experiences.
