I work with people who are integrating trauma, looking for reconnection with self, who are going through life transitions, who feel stuck or lost and/or who are struggling with their emotions.
I often, although not exclusively, work with people who are 2SLGTBQ+ and want to work with a queer trans therapist.
Integrating trauma is courageous and wherever you are on the journey- I am here to meet you where you are at.
I have received additional training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (Level 1). I use DBT, and mindfulness skills to resource and ground you, as you reconnect to your self. I have been trained in psychedelic preparation and integration, and can walk with you as you integrate new insights.
