I am passionate about helping people work through past trauma and chronic stress. I believe we each have the answers & capacity to heal within ourselves; within our own bodies & minds. I work to guide and facilitate each client back to themselves; back to a place of healing. Trauma healing work requires commitment and dedication but will ultimately change patterns of thinking & behaviour to bring better health & success. I hope to support clients who are ready to do meaningful work to turn their lives in a new direction where they can utilize the skills & tools that I offer in their sessions with me.
I use science-based training and skills in trauma-informed mind-body modalities and therapies including Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, breath work, and emotion-focused approaches to healing, and helping become unstuck in old, distressing patterns.
I am passionate about serving others. I have a warm and welcoming space to offer, and a big heart for helping. Connect with me to start your journey towards health and happiness. Call or email to book a session. I am currently offering phone, video & in-person sessions. (double check junk mail for response emails)

Groups
Psychologically-Well Systems & Workplaces
As a Certified Trauma Professional and trained in Psychological Health & Wellness through Work Safe SK, I am excited to offer workshops to groups or employers interested in improving their workplace and positively impacting the important people that make up a workplace. We spend the majority of our day engaged in work. When we become trauma-informed, we become aware of our work and personal needs as well as the needs of others, we become better able to communicate with our peers, and we become better at managing our stress levels before they escalate and begin to negatively affect our work.
