When we understand the symptoms as ways we learned to cope with our challenges, the symptoms become helpful communicators of underlying emotional wounds and fears that drive these patterns.
I provide an approach that helps you understand your inner system and access the inner resources that are there but have been covered up by learned automatic reactions.
