I work with individuals and relationship constellations of all kinds — especially those who are neurodivergent and navigating anxiety, grief, or relationship struggles. My ideal client is looking for a warm, understanding space to explore their unique inner world. Together, we build self-awareness, notice patterns, and develop strategies for connection and growth. As a neurodivergent therapist myself, it's a true joy to support others in discovering new ways of understanding themselves.
Relational therapy centres the connection between us as the foundation for growth. We’ll explore your relational history and how it’s shaped you. I also draw from IFS and expressive arts to gently access hard-to-reach feelings, stories, and parts that may need a little extra care and creativity.
I welcome and affirm neurodivergent clients, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My practice is sex/sex work/kink/polya/ENM positive, and I honor your cultural and spiritual practices. I am pro-choice and pro-body autonomy, and as an ex-vangelical, I see a lot of queer clients facing religious trauma. I'd love to be a supportive space for your journey.
