I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders (bulimia, anorexia, binge eating disorder, food avoidances and difficulties eating) and body image concerns (body dysmorphic disorder, poor body image). I also work with adults who experience: anxiety (panic disorder, agoraphobia, phobias, social anxiety disorder, excessive worry/generalized anxiety disorder); depression; posttraumatic stress disorder, as well as other psychological conditions and concerns (e.g., emotional difficulties, perfectionism, procrastination and low self-esteem).
I offer cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), the gold-standard treatment for many psychological disorders and issues. Treatment is always tailored to your individual goals with the aim of helping you improve your overall well-being.
My style is warm, open, and non-judgemental. I aim to provide a space that feels supportive and empathetic while we work collaboratively to achieve your goals. If you are looking to begin therapy, please contact me to schedule a free 30-minute consultation.
