I’m Ivona, a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner based in Victoria, BC. I support individuals who are navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, panic, life transitions. My work focuses on helping you gently regulate your nervous system, process stored stress and trauma, and reconnect with a deeper sense of safety within yourself.

My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Family Systems Theory, mindfulness practices, and Inner Child work. Healing doesn’t have to be dramatic or overwhelming. Often, it begins with small moments of safety, regulation, and connection.

Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, or a period of transition, you don’t have to do it alone. Healing is possible.
