I'm sensitive to the goals of each client and I practice psychotherapy in areas including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, family or workplace stress, as well as general mental wellness. I help clients who have symptoms of PTSD or emotional trauma (like breakups or family problems) to let go of their past and look ahead to the future.
