My work with you would center around a safe therapeutic relationship to explore all of the stories that have led you here. I work to understand your past and present, and help you set goals for the future. We will also build skills along the way. I may be a good fit for you if you are a teen or adult experiencing depression, anxiety, grief or loss, past or recent trauma, life transitions, or relationship struggles.
