As a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), for the last 10 years I am offering individual, couple, relationship and family therapy, therapy groups and workshops. I also provide individual and group coaching. I received my education in various European Universities in the following areas: Theology (Catholic University of Lublin, Poland), Science of Education (Pontifical Salisian University, Rome, Italy), Psychology and Psychotherapy (Pontifical University Regina Apostolorum/Skinner Institute, (Rome, Italy); Oxford Center of CBT; UICBT; Austrian Institute of EMDR (Vienna, Austria).

Providing a balance of support and challenge, my approach to healing is holistic and comprehensive. I believe that each individual has all of the inner resources they need to achieve a sense of balance and equanimity. My role is merely to provide a safe, non-judgmental container in which they can reach their own integration - cognitively, emotionally and somatically. I aim to assist the individual's journey-making process through offering new ways at looking through the lens which often gets obscured by many mitigating factors. Clarity is the goal.

In my work, I'm committed to honoring my clients with compassion, presence and integrity. My sessions often include parts work (IFS), mindfulness-based approaches, Gestalt, and encouraging the use of awareness as a powerful and curative ally. When we become aware of our patterns and limiting beliefs we can then willingly, courageously choose differently and embrace another way of being. My hope is that I may be of service and provide guidance as this process ushers you to a place of healing and transformation.
