Humans are social animals; our brains are built for connection. We crave safe relationships to support us to feel, heal, deal, and grow. I focus on developing a safe therapeutic relationship, which includes healthy authentic communication, and makes use of humor, information sharing, and evidence based approaches tailored to your needs (see list below). I encourage active participation and offer opportunities to practice strategies and skills to enhance your ability to navigate challenges.
