At Mindful Path Counselling we offer a wide range of services including; individual, couples/relationship(s), marriage, child/youth, family, and group counselling. In addition, we offer a wide range of alternative wellness services including; reiki/energy healing/ infrared light therapy, hypnotherapy, life coaching, art therapy, ecotherapy, walk-n-talk therapy, and animal-assisted therapy. We work with people aged 5 years and up from all backgrounds. We are also under the supervision of a psychologist for psychology billing needs.

Sarah Ahmed completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Masters of Social Work degree from University of Toronto, specializing in Mental Health and Addictions. Sarah has worked with a diverse clientele within a multitude of clinical inpatient and outpatient settings. Sarah provides individual and group counselling to individuals suffering from mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, coupled with co-occurring substance use issues. Additionally, Sarah also provides support for loved ones on how to sustain healthy relationships and manage life stressors.

Customized treatment plans for Individuals/Couples Facing: Sex Addictions. We help help to Heal Affairs, Sexual Trauma, Porn Addiction, Love Addiction and Sex Crimes are my specialties. This includes the person experiencing these challenges, and their partners and families who are confused and hurt. According to Parole Services, I have never had someone sexual re-offend while under my care and have only had 5 couples ever separate under my care. I supervise an amazing team who have trained in evidence-based practices including mature Psychotherapists and a Nurse/Social Worker.
