My lived experience has taught me the importance of chosen family, the strength and courage it takes to be your authentic self, the skills and self-awareness necessary to engage in ethical relationships, and the integral necessity of living your truth. Gender affirming care is an important focus of my practice.
Additional competencies include: public education of gender, sexuality, and related affirming care; supporting folks through hormone therapy and surgical interventions; complex mental health with multiple intersections; as well as supporting folks with disabilities to better understand capacity and how to communicate it to others.
