I'm Isis (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Certified Perinatal Counsellor with a deep passion for supporting individuals through the complexities of the perinatal period - from fertility challenges and loss to pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum, and parenting challenges. I believe you deserve a therapist who understands this unique period in your life.

I have a special interest in working with parents who are trying to do the best they can for their children while navigating anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, disconnection and the relentless demands of the unachievable perfect parenting/mothering culture.

I love finding ways to help my clients heal and grow through the integration of science, mind/body awareness and creative expression. My counselling is founded on empathy and respect. I offer a range of modalities, including Humanistic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Art Therapy.

Sessions are payable by e-transfer or credit card and receipts can be used to submit to insurance. If you don't have insurance or there are any issues with your provider, I offer sliding scale for those who need it. Please let me know if you have any questions.
