I work with diverse populations and various concerns. I specialize with anxiety and depression and work closely with trauma, family conflict and domestic violence. Personal experiences of lacking control and feeling stuck pushed me to focus on my own deep inner work. Which has led me to become passionate about supporting others who feel stuck or unmotivated.
