Hi! I'm Isabelle (she/her), and I am so glad you are here! I believe that we are human first, and human connection is the foundation for the therapeutic process. I would be honoured to walk alongside you during your journey towards healing, processing, growth, and discovery and provide a safe space to listen to, witness, and learn from you. I am passionate about working with individuals dealing with presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual/religious trauma, and sexual trauma, sex and sexuality.
My practice is grounded in neurodivergent-affirming and 2SLGBTQI+ affirming practices, and I am committed to the continual learning and practice of cultural humility. Among other trainings, I have completed training in Ketamine Assisted Therapy for trauma-related presentations; I would be happy to answer any questions regarding this method.
I am passionate about building connection and safety with each of my clients to ensure they are receiving the care best suited to them. I offer a free fifteen minute introductory consult, whether in-person or online, to see if we are a good fit. I am also available through email to address any questions or concerns you may have.
