I am a trauma-informed therapist who regularly works with past and/or recent trauma, boundary-setting, relationships, regulation skills, childhood difficulties, and physical and/or sexual abuse. I believe in a person-centered approach that honors your unique experiences and journey. Together we will explore your story, address underlying wounds, and develop practical strategies for healing. You are not alone, and I will ensure that our exploration is done through safety, non-judgement, and compassion. You are unique, and no story you tell is the same as another's. Let's explore your story together.

My focus is working with complex and acute trauma, dissociation, and dysregulation through EMDR, somatic therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and polyvagal theory, all through a person-centered lens. I enjoy including meditation, body movement, laughter (when appropriate), authenticity, and utilizing skills you want to grow into our sessions.
I value creating an honest and genuine relationship with you. I will adapt our sessions to fit your needs. If you would like to connect, I would love to chat and hear your story. Email me to either book a session or set-up free 15-minute consultation.
