Hello and welcome to my profile! As a Licensed Counselling Therapist, I am committed to ensuring my clients receive the highest standard of care. I tailor my approach to the individual needs of my clients, which includes offering art (painting, drawing, etc) and nature based therapies.

I practice from a biopsychosocial model. My specialties include helping people navigate the challenges of anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, PSTD, life changes, relationship issues and just about anything else you can think of. Nature and art based therapies can be a less conventional, yet equally if not more effective, way to find relief.

It is never too early or late to start attending counselling. Many people wait until things are out of control to reach out for help.
