With a trauma-informed person-centred approach, I use a mix of skills from IFS, DBT/ Mindfulness, Narrative and Solution-focused to meet you where you're at. "Izzy, what does that mean?" I shape our work to match your goals and desired outcome. Don't like homework, no problem. Need a session to vent, I'm all ears... all while moving toward growth.

This thing we call life is a wild ride- made extra wild with all things baby (fertility, first trimester 'don't tell anyone', pregnancy, delivery, fourth trimester, in-laws and parents, money (& truly the list goes on!). It can be so isolating, and sometimes so valuable to have someone in your corner but removed from it all. I get that & I am here for you!
