Grounded and wise….you can expect therapy with me to be warm, supportive, safe and authentic. Becoming more conscious of ourselves, patterns, triggers, and the effect on our bodies, minds, spirits can help reconnect yourself to an authentic and gentle place where healing can happen. Many of us struggle with childhoods that were difficult and are trying to find new ways of relating to ourselves and others despite the pain. I am here to help you reconnect with yourself, and the part of you that already knows what it needs to feel better, live well and find more joy in life.
I am not your typical social worker. I practice in a very client specific way, and my passion is to help people shift their problems through a personalized approach that is unique to them and their lives. I specialize in helping you connect to your true whole self, but within the framework of as a guide and support, rather than an expert.
