I have over 18 years experience supporting individuals develop strategies to manage challenges, including eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, relationship issues, academic issues, grief, sexualized violence, domestic violence, etc. I am a Registered Counselling Therapist with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists and a Certified Canadian Counselling Therapist with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

I operate using a safe, non-judgemental environment in supporting clients get back to living the life they desire and deserve.
