Being aware of why we do what we do leads to deeper self-awareness, and research and lived experience have taught me that self-awareness enables us to grow individually and connect more authentically with those around us. This leads to sustainable well-being.
I work online and in person in my Yaletown studio in Vancouver, BC. I serve couples, individuals, families and groups looking to improve their relationships with themselves and each other.
