Drawing on contemporary research in neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatics, I combine top-down (cognitive, analytical) and bottom-up (embodied, emotion focused and mindfulness-based) therapeutic modalities to create an individualized approach that is responsive to your goals and needs.
My approach to therapy is humanistic, collaborative, compassionate, and committed to social justice. Where Western society teaches us that our struggles result from individual failings, I believe we’re shaped by our environment and experiences. Together, we’ll move beyond shame and blame into a deeper understanding of who you are and where you wish to go.
