I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Certified Canadian Counsellor based in Sidney, BC, serving the greater Victoria area with in-person and online sessions. I provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Adler University, a Certificate in Community Counselling, and a background in Physical Therapy, I draw from extensive training in DBT, CBT, CPT, ADHD support, trauma-informed care, IFS, Depth Psych, Somatic and Narrative Therapy, EEFT, Client-Centered and Solution-Focus Therapy to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs.
I support clients facing trauma, PTSD, addictions, mood and anxiety disorders, grief, sexual health, relationships, and questions of gender, identity, and sexuality. I am committed to men’s health, the LGBTQ2S+ community, couples, families, newcomers, and refugees.
My work is guided by validation, inclusivity, and respect for diversity.
