Dear Prospective Client: Your journey matters and you deserve to be heard and understood just as you are! Integrating life's experiences plays an essential role in the healing process. An experience of loss, trauma, or emotional distress can leave one feeling stuck in an emotional cycle which can seem never-ending. But these cycles have the potential to break and be rewired, creating emotional balance and harmony.
Integration involves developing coherence between mind, body, and spirit. Integration can occur through emotional processing (i.e. connecting the unconscious with conscious), releasing emotional blocks through the body, and through spiritual evolution (i.e. connecting with higher self/purpose, those passed over, and spirit guidance).
Self and creative expression are innate tools we all carry that support integration of experiences, thoughts, and emotions. We can foster these expressions in our work together to support your unique needs. Just as with a painting, a delicious dish, or the creativity of life itself, integration can support harmony in your inner and outer world as well.
