I provide autism, ADHD, and psychological assessments for adults and older adults through a neurodiversity-affirming approach. As a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist , I am deeply passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals. My approach recognizes conditions like autism and ADHD as unique brain differences, emphasizing their inherent strengths while offering specialized support where needed. I offer a range of services, including diagnostic assessments, consultations, and therapy (currently a waitlist for new therapy clients).
My goal is to increase the accessibility of psychological services, so I am happy to work with you to offer payment plans, a sliding scale, or free consultations to see whether there are other community services or resources that could be well suited for your needs.
I offer online services to clients living anywhere in Ontario, as well as in-person services in Richmond Hill and North York. My number one priority is to establish a safe and trusting relationship with my clients. In our virtual sessions, I welcome all the pets, jokes, snacks, an anything that makes you feel comfortable and authentically yourself.

Groups
Virtual Autism Wellness Group for Autistic Adults
Join us for a 6-week group to connect with other autistic adults while we learn about important areas for success and well-being including: sleep, relationships, mental health, sensory processing, memory, and executive functioning. We meet on Zoom, Fridays at 12:00pm for 90 minutes starting on August 23, 2024 for 6 weeks. The cost of the group is $600 and may be covered by private insurance under psychological services.
