Connection and processing your hurts and questions can be one of the most productive ways we grow and move forward. If you want to work with someone who is passionate about helping you in your journey to gain balance and meet goals I would love to talk to you about counselling being the right next step. Different situations and different personalities lend themselves to different types of therapies so I work with you to create an individualized plan that is best suited for your personal needs and situation.
Counselling provides a safe and judgement free place to be challenged, ask questions and learn more about how to be the best version of yourself and enjoy life to the fullest.
Since 2006, I have provided individual counselling for men, women, and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, and trauma, such as survivors of childhood abuse and intimate partner violence. I am Trauma Certified and currently pursuing additional training in Somatic Experiencing and Grief Counselling.
