Life is hard to navigate and it’s even harder to navigate life feeling stuck, hopeless, and overwhelmed with anxiety, depression, persistent financial issues, and stress. You are not defined by the problem affecting you. I belief that with the right support, you have the strength to resolve these problems. With personal and professional experience and training in CBT, I will work with you to set goals and to provide you with the tools you need to begin to understand and overcome your problems. Reaching out for help can be intimidating and scary. I want you to know that you are not alone. Reach out today.

My counseling approach is collaborative and Strength-Based focusing on creating plans that help clients address problems. I use CBT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy in combination with Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Narrative therapy approaches. My approach is informed by professional and personal life experiences.
I use a culturally sensitive counseling technique rooted in personal experiences and understanding of BIPOC. I have worked extensively with Blacks, Indigenous, and Persons of Color (BIPOC) on anxiety, PTSD, marital/relationship, parent/teen conflict, life transition, racism, workplace conflict, sexuality, and immigration problems.
