Maybe you've been carrying a lot on your own for a long time. Many of the people I work with are navigating relationship stress, people pleasing, burnout, self-doubt, family or cultural pressures and patterns that seem to repeat themselves. Together, we work toward feeling more grounded, understanding what's truly happening underneath and breaking out of patterns that don't serve you anymore.
I offer a warm, integrative approach that blends somatic work, mindfulness, self-compassion and relational exploration. Together, we slow things down to understand emotional and nervous system patterns, build emotional regulation, strengthen boundaries, deepen self-trust and create more authentic connection with yourself and others.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. I strive to create a non judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported at your own pace.
