My counselling approach includes cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, attachment-based therapy, internal family systems (IFS), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), mindfulness-based interventions and more.
I've helped a wide range of clients over the years, including parents, adults, teenagers married couples, single women and men, men in heavy industries, couples dealing with infidelity, elderly individuals grieving, and veterans.
