I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for negative thoughts, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) for answers, and Acceptance-Based Therapy (ABT). Additionally, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Rational Emotive Therapy (RET), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Over the years, I’ve supported a diverse range of clients, including parents, adults, teenagers, single individuals, married couples, and those facing infidelity or grief. I’ve also worked with veterans and provided assistance to many Indigenous communities across Canada, including reserves and territories. Each experience has been fulfilling and impactful.
