I am a Registered Psychotherapist and I work with individuals, couples and families. I help my clients to cultivate presence and to reduce stress in their lives, to be aware of their negative feelings and thoughts and to express them in a healthy way. I help couples and families to improve their communication skills, to set healthy boundaries, to connect better and to maintain balance and harmony in their relationships. Clients are empowered to address issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, stress, burnout, trauma/abuse, addiction, self-esteem related problems, grief, parenting issues, separation/divorce.
I provide a warm environment where you are free to express your thoughts and feelings, and obtain clarity. I see each individual as being a "part" belonging to the "whole". In order to have a balanced and joyful life, the "part" needs to acknowledge its spiritual and cosmic dimensions and to establish the right relationship with the "whole".
Understanding the problem is more important than finding the solution and it takes courage to take ownership of our issues. All of us go through tough times, but the crisis could become an opportunity for growth and self-knowledge.
