Clients that seek me are ready to access their inner childhood wounds and access a level of self-understanding that is life changing and transformative. My ideal clients are interested in NLP, unwiring limiting beliefs or learning how to balance out their chakras which is where we begin our journey; clearing generational trauma, inner-child work, and any emotions being trapped and expressed as physical pain. Beginning April I will be providing group classes and the gifts of community are enormous. I'm an Intuitive Life Coach combining Reiki and Sound Healing in client sessions. I connect to client energy in a safely held container allowing them to release any heavy emotional trauma and self empower them to understand it, giving tools to provide self-administered treatments in the future. My goal is to be the last therapist they need to see.
Having been a PTSD Trauma Survivor, an Indigo Child, an Empathic, Highly Sensitive and Emotional being, I understand what feels like having the weight of the world press down on you. I enjoy connecting and teaching the tools that I know proved highly effective and efficient and just want to share and teach them with you so that you can live your best life!
