I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and a Certified EMDR Therapist with over 18 years of experience. By gently interweaving both these modalities, EMDR becomes more gentle! I am passionate about journeying alongside my clients to aid a deeper loving connection with self and in turn with others. By incorporating the mind body connection my clients welcome parts of themselves and their lives that at one time may have been excruciating into an integral, whole and beautiful self. EMDR helps process through the most painful experience so that we can see ourselves in a new and resilient light. It’s such an honour!
With 18 years of experience in a variety of settings, I offer expertise in trauma work and incorporate a wide variety of tools such as: EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Touch Training, Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hour (RYT500) and have special interest in grief, bereavement and trauma and how people move through these intense times with more ease and resilience.
