Individuals will prioritize these goals as a result of conflict or through some experience of loss, lack or pain. My specialty is short-term counselling, typically three to six sessions. Options for longer-term support are also available. Counselling begins with an initial consultation. The purpose of these 50-minute introductory sessions is to identify an approach that will provide you with the greatest possible benefit in the shortest period of time. A consultation can usually be scheduled within five days of your call.
