This is not a space for judgment or criticism. The versions of yourself that you created to survive – to shield yourself from pain – were never wrong. They were acts of wisdom, of protection, of love for your own life, even when it didn’t feel like love. Here, your suffering – both physical and emotional – will be held with care. This is a space to lay down what feels too heavy to carry alone. Together, we will walk you back home to yourself, using whatever tools feel gentle and true for you. The ones shared here are simply offerings I have gathered on my own journey, for you to pick up if and when you choose.
Unless you're looking for something specific I draw from all my training to support what feels right for you. I always work from a trauma specific lens, because I know how often people walk into therapy carrying not just their pain, but the weight of feeling dismissed or misunderstood by systems that were supposed to help.
