Everyone needs additional support at times. Life can become tangled with mixed emotions and underlying thoughts or beliefs. There may be unexpected obstacles, challenges and changes in your life causing you to feel stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, or you may not identify with how you are feeling, but you have noticed that your mood and behaviours have changed. You may not be aware of the physical and/or social impact this may be having on your life. Together we can identify your inner strengths and develop additional strategies and tools to not only help you cope, but to support you and help you grow.
I offer counselling to individuals experiencing a wide variety of challenges that life may bring. For example, areas such as, but not limited to, anxiety, stress, grief and life transitions. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), as well as a registered Naturopath (N.D.) in good standing with both the CCPA and the ACNN.
I use a non-judgmental, collaborative and integrative approach, often drawing from various therapeutic approaches to best support the client's individual needs.
